So I'm about 5"10
When I was in high school, I weighed roughly 60kg. At that stage, I could easily have lost another 5 and still been perfectly healthy.
Since high school (it’s been a full 4 years) I have put on 10 kg. I haven’t exercised and I’ve eaten everything I shouldn’t. I don’t drink heavily or frequently though, nor do I take drugs or smoke. I don’t even drink...
No one ever notices what you do
They only notice when you don’t do it.
